can anyone please explain the process of how they submitted proof of life forms to the social security administration. I have not received a form in the mail because there is no mail. I do have a MY Social Security Account online and there are no messages. I received an email in spanish from the FBU in Costa Rica requesting my information and signature. I am not sure if this is a scam. Has anyone sent their info to Costa Rica? The mailing address in the email and the address on the U.S Embassy website are different. How do you send mail to Costa Rica? Has anyone downloaded the form and sent it to the address provided by the U.S. Embassy website? PO box 1762 Wilkes Barre PA. A visit to the Embassy is impossible due to the protests and I have been on hold and disconnected calling the U.S numbers. I hope someone could give me some info. I am sure I am not the only expat with these questions and any guidance will help many of us.
