I am considering relocating to Panama. In my research there are YouTubes/ articles etc that discuss the cons of Panama. I am not expecting a Utopia but in choosing a city, are there specific cities where internet, water, and power outages occur more than others? Or does this occur mostly in the smaller cities or outlying areas? I also read where hot water only exists for showering in some cities.. Though these are not deal breakers I am curious and would help in my decisions. Thanks!
