I'm John. I may have already introduced myself a few years ago, but I don't remember. Anyway, I'm retired, I'm from the USA, and I'm currently residing at the beach in Thailand. And I'm here now exploring the possibility of another residence. .

I wouldn't necessarily give up my condo in Thailand, but there's no reason I couldn't get a Panama visa and travel back and forth once in a while.

The Thailand condo is inexpensive enough. It's almost free, and the security is fantastic here., I could lock my door, leave, come back in a year, and the place would be untouched. Whatever local bills I have I could pay online.
