According to my immigration lawyer, you need a letter of reference from your bank to be able to get a bank account in Panama.
"This is simply a letter from your current bank stating when you opened an account with them and that your account is in good standing. The letter must be on bank letterhead and must be signed by a bank employee and have their contact information."
Well, according to Wells Fargo, they don't do that.
I'm getting MORE than a little stressed out thinking I'm not going to be able to have a bank account. I don't see being able to rent an apartment, without a bank account.
