1. Are there areas of Paraguay that aren't as hot and humid as in Asuncion during their summer months ?

2. I'm learning Spanish now but how fluent do you have to be and are there areas that are better than others with getting by only speaking a little Spanish . I'm in a little town in Panama right and it's all Spanish speaking which is not a bad thing as it forces me to learn it faster .
