My boyfriend and I (we live in Belgium) would like to emigrate to Paraguay. We are going there in January 2025 and would like to visit lawyers who could help us start the process. There is one issue that could pose a problem. My boyfriend has a criminal record. He has a speeding ticket that was issued by a police court. This fine has been paid and settled. Are there lawyers who handle this type of case? What is the percentage chance that it will be approved, and what would be the additional cost?
