Insurance for US citzens while in US

I am currently living in Lima, Peru although I am here on a tourist visa. I am going home soon for a visit and was wondering if there is an insurance that would cover me while I am in the US despite the fact that I am not a legal resident of another country and still technically "live" in the US. Thanks
