Arequipa Peru Housing and Internet

Hi! I'm from Florida, but have been living in Guatemala for the past 4 months. I'm starting a remote technical support business and have been finding the Internet inadequate here. I'm interested in Misticon fiber Internet in Arequipa, Peru.

Does anybody have any experience with the service? Also, what is the approximate cost of housing in the coverage area? I'm looking for a basic 1 or 2 bedroom apartment...Safe and clean, but nothing fancy. Thanks!
