Any expats in Ayacucho?

My Peruvian wife & I have lived in the greater Lima area for some time; we want to find a region of Peru where the real estate is cheaper & with better weather & air quality. We have visited other areas & feel Ayacucho offers the perfect "package" for us. For me, it would be great to talk to other expats who have lived or currently live in Ayacucho. I am retired & my wife is 20 years younger than me (not unusual in S. America). Happy Holidays to all in 2017 & always. This is a great service!
