Residency permit requirements

I am a Swiss national and would like to retire in Peru My monthly pension amounts to about 1400 USD which is paid to my account in a Swiss bank As far as I know that should be sufficient to be granted a residency permit Is it ? Please let me know what are the documents I have to submit to the immigration to obtain such a permit By the way I am speaking Spanish fluently Thanks in advance for your information
