Are there expat areas in Peru at a consistent temperature range between 50 and 80?

I have lived in Lima, Peru for the last 2 years and the temperature range you mention is the same for Lima.

I don't know where you are from, but I am from the northeast USA where there are severe winters with lots of snow. I rarely wear more than jeans and a long-sleeved shirt during winter in Lima as it is usually in the 60's.

It doesn't rain much either, but the humidity is very high. The summer is in the 80's but sometimes feels hotter due to the humidity. I often change shirts twice a day during summer due to perspiration.

Let me know if you need more info.

I was in Lima almost all winter in 2018 .. and was not affected by the humidity. Days were cool and called for a light jacket as a rule.

There are some beach areas outside of the popular urban districts .. and a malecón beach walk on the cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Various AirBnB apartments are often available in this area.

Take a beach-overlook walk past the famous Amantes (lovers) statue and the lighthouse .. and play low-stakes blackjack at the Majestic Casino inside the sofisticado J.W. Marriott Hotel near the Paddington Bear statue.

Lima has air pollution, but these areas along the Pacific Ocean have what I consider the best air in town.

Areas for WHAT???!!!

Except for the mountains...

Pick a town between 9 and 15 degrees south Lat.

Argentina has some equivalent geography.
