US and Peru banks

I am starting a business importing high end cotton products from Peru. It seems all my Peruvian producers require payments as ACH. I am able to make it work for now, because my brother is in Peru and is able to make the transfers from his account, and I paypal him what I owe...but I don't think this is sustainable.
I am looking for any tips on how to make it work. I went to my credit union in Kentucky and they were not able to make the ACH work. I'm frustrated and hoping that someone out there is able to make ACH payments from a US bank to a Peruvian bank without issues.

Thank you!
