I am interested in buying a small flat in Krakow, and was hoping for advice. I believe I need permission from the Ministry to purchase - how long does it take to obtain this? Is it done after I find an apartment, or before I start looking? I am also looking for recommendations for realtors in the area. And can anyone give advice about neighborhoods to look in or stay away from? I appreciate any comments.
