Hello. I'm interested in buying an apartment in Poland (Krakow, most likely) and I've read at this site that one must avoid the realtors, as they're more than likely to rip you off. I've found a real estate site, www.oferty.net, that seems to be aimed at poles and sets forth the prices of the offerings. Is anyone familiar with this site? Also, given that the prices are stated, how would one get ripped off? Ostensibly, the prices are not inflated for foreigners. Perhaps with a foreigner they wouldn't be willing to negotiate a lower price or perhaps they'd tack on bogus additional charges?
Has anyone had any recent experiences?
