Moving to Poland

I will be retiring in a few years and my wife is a Polish citizen and we have been thinking of moving to Poland. I am a citizen of the US as is our daughter. If anyone knows of any info such as websites which would be helpful to us it would be greatly appreciated . I would also like to hear from anyone who also moved to Poland. Thanks.
