Newbie Tax Question on Investment Income

I'm an american and my wife is polish. We are considering living in poland for a year (she lived in the US for 9), so I'm looking into all the issues that may come up.

A major question that I have is if I would be taxed on US based investment income (stock sales, dividends, etc.) in Poland? As I'm reading things, this would be considered foreign income and not taxed in poland, but it would applied toward our tax bracket in PL.
