Locating relatives

Hello, my surname is WYSOCKI. My father was from Poland he then moved to England. I'm looking for any of his relatives. How would I go about doing this? I've checked with family here,but they're unable to assist. What measures could I take in Poland by mail or email? Where would I mail enquiries? I don't speak or write polish. Thank you
