ISP

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could post advise on ISP's in Poland.
In the UK we used an ISP that was business-orientated (they obviously had home connections, but the bulk of their customers were businesses).
The reason for preferring a business orientated ISP was that their service was good, they did not impose restrictions on modem configurations, they did not engage in bait-and-switch deals, they had a rolling contract, they did not engage in traffic throttling/shaping and as a side benefit this particular ISP fought for privacy. Of course we paid a premium for this service, but I did not mind this as the above points were a priority for me.
So the question is: Are there any ISP's in Poland that operate along similar lines?
