How do you teach a preschooler about her native culture and language when international school is not on option?

I moved back to Warsaw from US with a 2 year old. After 2 years in public preschool she forgot almost all english. While sending her to all English speaking preschool is not an option, I do want her to teach her about the American culture and ensure she learns the language. Are there any parents with simmilar dilema out there?
