Tipping Tour Guides and Bus Drivers

I am an expat living in France. I am visiting Romania (Bucharest & Brasov) in September 2019. I did not see any previous topics on this subject, but I may have missed it. (62 pages). I have also researched online but the answers I am finding are so broad range.

While in both Bucharest and Brasov, I will be taking walking tours and day trips to other locations. On a walking tour, how much should I tip the tour guide? On the day trip, how much should I tip the tour guide and the bus driver?
