Oliva Valencia

My husband & I are retiring to Spain in the next 18 months to 2 years. We have been looking around the country,mainly in the Valencia region & think we have found a small town that might suit us. Oliva in Valencia. Does anyone know this town & lives there? We want a community that is predominately Spanish but with a small English community as I speak Spanish but my husband is not very confident in speaking it yet so he does not want to feel isolated. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
