Balearic Islands - work

I am from Slovakia and want to go to Spain - to work and live so I chose Mallorca - Cala D'Or, Cala Egos..
I would Like to ask you, if you can tell me, where should I start, or if you can give me some contacts..
I am searching on web for a week but it's so hard for me,cos I've never been there.
