Hi, My partner and I want to move to Spain in about 4 years time .. but .. we want to buy a static mobile home early next year and rent it out as an extra income source. I would really appreciate any help in seeking out the pitfalls of this and any advice that can be given on exactly how to go about purchasing a static mobile home .. thank you in advance.
