Hi, I am selling a flat in Spain and had this through from the estate agent regarding fees:I send you the details for the sell of your property:

€ 32,750 selling price.
- € 3,630 commission
- € 982.50 with holding 3%
- € 1,200 withholding for surplus value , claiming a 3% refund, ibi 2018 and Isa work ....... does anyone know what the is- € 982.50 with holding 3% ??? ... and - € 1,200 withholding for surplus value , claiming a 3% refund, ibi 2018 and Isa work ???? ..... any advice appreciated.
