Hi Expats!
My husband loves to surf and I love culture and food. We loved San Sebastian but didn't think that the cost of living was low enough for us to move there & take a year off work like we're dreaming. On our way out of San Sebastian we checked out Zarautz, which looks very promising.
I'd love to know if there are any expats living there and what the cost of living/quality of life is.
