Never been to Spain but, courtesy of Iberia's 90,000 Avios promo bonus, I've booked travel for Oct.-Nov, to Madrid & Barcelona. Any particular budget hotels anyone enjoys in either town? I do enjoy quirky lodging places in Latin America.
