What will I need?

My wife and I are just on the back edge of a house purchase in Galera and though we think we have time (move will be in August) what paperwork should I come prepared with for residency? I figured: Passport, Birth Certificate, Police Record (no arrests), Pension Monthly Amount, and Retirement Account Amount.
