Wealth Tax?

Hi everyone - was planning on retiring to Valencia BUT when I read the wealth tax info it appears maybe that's not the best option. Does anyone have any info regarding rates/allowances in Valencia. Think I will be in excess of $3 million US and don't want give 2-3% to the Spanish government. Thanks
