needle in a haystack

I am looking for a needle in a haystack. The needle is a Spaniard named Luis and the haystack is Mallorca. I was in the air force stationed in Puig Major in Mallorca in 1963 to 1964 and thinking back there was a Spaniard who was the supervisor of the Spanish crew in the kitchen. His name was Luis and I really would like to contact him if it is possible. A few years after discharge I met and married my Colombian wife and fast forward 50 years we are retired at a town called La Mesa which is about 50 miles west of Bogota and now under semi quarantine with face masks anytime we are out.
If anyone has any information I would appreciate hearing from you.
