As I’m 69 and take certain medications, and now that the U.K. is not in the EU, what level of healthcare could I expect or is it essential to take out insurance?

I was also wondering how the taxation system would work for me regarding my U.K. pension and online earnings. Would I have to register as self employed tho I haven’t earned enough to do that in the U.K. yet?

Would I need to find a property in advance of moving? My plan was to have my shipping packed up then head to Valencia, taking two weeks to find an unfurnished home prior to my shipping arriving.
