What are the good and bad visa agents in Bangkok?

I have come to the point where I don't believe what people are saying on Facebook groups because there is so much spam and dishonesty. I'm looking for a visa agency in Bangkok to help with my retirement in Thailand who is going to be honest and easy to work with me. There are so many horror stories about these visa agents, and I know some people do all the paperwork by themselves but I'm just a little bit nervous about doing that... please confirm some of my suspicions about good and bad visa agents in Bangkok....
