Very nice rooms in completely renovated house in Utrecht

Fully furnished rooms for rent in a very nice, friendly and big house (160m2) in Utrecht. The house, built in 1920, was completely renovated in the past months. It is situated in the city centre, near Griftpark, public transportation, and Ring (A27). AH supermarket around the corner

The house belongs to an international community, meaning that there are 5 houses with in total 19 international people. These rooms are on Doth van Flensburglaan 195 bis. The house is shared with 5 people.

The rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobes, television, table, etc. Every room has ADSL connection, television (cable) and own private telephone line. Once per week a cleaning lady is cleaning the whole house. All (+ water/gas/electricity/taxes) is included in the rental price.
