My name is Cheryl Gallaway, originally from Brighton UK, I am a web/software designer based in Haarlem & Amsterdam. I am starting a new online initiative that will specifically assist expats worldwide. It is more than a website yet pretty straight forward to implement. Requiring a database and processing (php , asp or perl etc) I am looking for someone to collaborate with. Ideally with web development skills to work with one evening a week on this project.
