MBO equals with USA education.

I have been in the nederlands now for two years and I am having one problem after another about getting a desent job. The problem now is finding out if my High school diplomia with vocational seal is equal to an MBO level here. Does anyone know this?

I also have 2 years of experence is customer service. Do you know where I can find a job here?
