Car sale/swap UK to Netherlands

I'm moving from UK to Netherlands and hoping to sell RHD car or swap it with someone with a LHD car moving to UK.

Does anyone know of any sites/services to do this?

Its an 2013/13 Audi Q3 with 17k miles on it and only reason to sell is the the LHD/RHD issue.
