American son moving to NL

I’m married to a Dutchman living in the Netherlands. We own a restaurant. My sons father just passed away and even that he is 28 he is alone and wants to move to NL. We can’t find help for our restaurant so it would be great if he could work for us. Has anyone had a older child immigrate to NL and live with you? Thank you.
