Travel to the Netherlands

I am an EU citizen, my husband is a GB passport holder. We have family and a holiday home in the Netherlands. However, the current travel situation is not clear. Some sources state there are now no restrictions, no tests etc. Just masks in aircraft. Other, possibly older ?, sources state that only EU residents are permitted to enter, and there is no info available regarding GB travellers . We are not registered in NL and wish to visit only,Does anyone have further info please?
