fair job offer

I have been offered a kindergarten teacher position with the Doga School in Istanbul. $1300US/month, shared housing provided, healthcare provided but no airfare. The work hours are 2 days a week 8:30-5 and 3 days a week 8:30-6, plus 5 times per semester I will be asked to work either a Saturday or Sunday. I am wondering whether this offer is the norm in Istanbul. Also, anyone with any info about the Doga School in Istanbul, please pass it along. THanks for your advice.
