Bilingual children

Hi
We are considering to relocate to Istabul. My son, born and raised in Minneapolis, speaks mostly english. I don't want him to forget english, but bilingual schools cost a lot of money. Does anybody know of any playgroups; or ways to get in touch with native english speaking parents and children in Istanbul????
