Info on prescriptions from doctors in Turkey!

Can anyone help with some practical information on health issues?? We are moving to Turkey this year on a permanant basis. We both take medication prescribed by our doctor for high blood pressure. Will we be able to get repeat prescriptions without visiting a doctor on a 'face to face' basis, and approx how much do prescriptions cost in Turkey? I understand that they may not be exactly the type we are currently prescribed. Please can someone help as I cannot find this information anywhere. Many Thanks.
