Walking groups in Antalya

I'm recently retired and will be spending most of February in Antalya. I'm looking for a walking group to go out with. 8-10kms rather than all day mountain hikes! Or even recommendations for a city guide on foot.
I'm British, spend half the year in central Italy and the rest of the year in the SW England. Many thanks in advance for any ideas or advice.
