Can anyone recommend any other cities in Odessa Oblast that might be nice and safe to live in other than Odessa. Maybe Yuzhne or Illichivs'k? Looking for an alternate location to research for possible future home with lower propery costs than Odessa. I was really shocked how homes, propery, and apartments still hold such a high desired purchase value in Odessa after all that has happened over the last two years in Ukraine. Maybe I am very wrong!! But, I have a difficult time spending the same money I have spent in Syracuse Utah/USA on property and a home, in a country that has had Ukraine's issue's the last two years. Along with it's currency value drop 3x over the last two years!! Willing to consider alternate cities to save $$$. Any suggestions?
