Is it difficult for older family members to live in Dubai - I am relocating to Dubai and wonder if my mum can join for a holiday but she is over 60 and does not speak English. Also wonder if she needs any registration with the immigration if she is to stay for say a month or so. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
