I would like to find a job in the UAE, and in my research, I have been looking around at how much rent would be. For example when I look at prices on UAEMALL.com, I see one price. Is that price yearly ?. Are there any other hidden costs involved in renting ? i.e. lawyers fees etc..
What are the averages in Dubai, or Abudabi for a decent 1 bedroom with furniture ?
Also how much money do you think you would need to live a decent life in the UAE. My estimates would be about $130,000 UAE DH, for all expenses and spending money, food, rent, groceries, rent, bills, eating out, taxi's etc...The rest I was hoping I would save. I was thinking that $65,000 would go in to the rent, bills, groceries, part. $65,000 would go towards going out...
Please let me know if this is realistic?..
Like what would the monthly bills come up to ? in a typical month. I'm male 27 single and love to party once in a while
