I may be accepting a position in Dubai and am a bit concerned about the whole "gay" issue. I'm a single, middle aged male. Don't do bars, amd very straight acting, etc and practice a "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

Question 1. I would like to meet some gay people for social support, friendship, etc. Is that possible?

Question 2. What happens if I'm outed? Will I lose my job? Get arrested? Yikes!
