Another Salary Question

I am moving to Abu Dhabi and would like to know if what I will be earning is enough to make a descent living and still save some money.
My package is as follows:

Monthly salary = 24000 dhs
Monthly car allowance = 2000 dhs
Yearly housing allowance = 90000 dhs

I also get medical and one months salary for one year worked.
