Seeking advice (moving to Abu Dhabi)

Hi all. Newbie here...
This question has probably been asked so many times, but I've just been offered a position in AD and they are offering a package of Dhm40K/month + healthcare and flights to homecountry / year for myself, wife and 2 kids (3 year old & 4 months).

Can anyone please advice if the package is acceptable for the cost of living?
