I am an American who has been in Abu Dhabi for 10+ months. I'm a little slow as I just discovered this wonderful site and joined. I just wanted any and all newcomers to know that if they need some info or just someone to give a helping hand to please reply to post, email or call me. I am part of a large group of expats helping to build a couple of mega-yachts here in Abu Dhabi. Our work group includes people from all over the world. We are housed in villas near the Shan-gra-la hotel, some with our families, some without. A very nice group of people if you have questions or need some assistance. We have learned alot since we have been here and hopefully can answer some of the many questions you may have. Please feel free to contact me and I'll try to point you in the right direction.
