Im working in UAE - NOT DUBAI.. for few months only. I would love to move to dubai because here in this company the work loads are crazy and the pay is very very bad esp for my background. but the problem is i might be getting a ban to work in the UAE if i resign before my contract finish which is 2 years. and how hard it is to find a new job in Dubai? Is there anyone know if there is any regulation that can free me from this ban so i can find another job in Dubai? I feel like my current company is treating their employees very horrible. i am so desperate and stress with this work already. please help. thanks a lot
