Youth work in UAE

Hello, I am new to the forums as my fiance has just been offered a job in Abu Dhabi. I am a youth worker here in the U.K but I am concerned that I will not be able to find similar work in the UAE. I do not have a teaching qualification, but would like to do one; would this be the best way to continue working with children/young people in the UAE? However I have been onto a TEFL website and they require 3 years teaching experience before you can apply for a position.
I would be so grateful for any advice you could give me!
